The exteriors are perfect to enjoy a sun and beach vacation. It has a small garden area, several terraces where you can enjoy a delicious barbecue with the best company and a solarium area where you can enjoy the sun with sea views. The house has direct neighbors. The 2-story house offers a cozy style with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. It is divided into 2 floors and in each of them you will find: a large dining room with TV and access to the porch or terrace, which connects with the kitchen - equipped with gas stove - through a comfortable arch; two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds; and a bathroom with shower. All bedrooms have air conditioning. The first floor is accessed from the outside and the upper solarium terrace is accessed from the first floor. The house is equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board and we can prepare a cot and a high chair if you travel with your baby. The house is located in a residential area a few meters from one of the best beaches on the island, Platja de Muro, where you can enjoy the sun and the sea, practice water sports, take long walks along the seashore, etc. Not far away is Can Picafort, with all the services and a great summer atmosphere, just like in Port d'Alcúdia. You can enjoy a different day visiting the Parc Natural de s'Albufera de Mallorca, which is located just 650 meters from the house. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser.
